As we prepare for our 2008 Summer Conference, we realize that there are going to be many in attendance. Some of these will be coming on their own.  The purpose for this letter is to give you a list of Hotels, and Hotel rates, as well as phone numbers so that your “non-sponsored”  attendees will be able to make their your own arrangements.

Let the hotel people  know that you are with The Door, or that you are attending the Conference at The Door to secure the special rate.
